Channel manager for B&Bs and holiday lets: one calendar, every channel
Rates and availability go out from the Vezpa calendar to Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and the other channels. When a booking comes in, the room closes everywhere. No commission on bookings: you pay a flat monthly fee from €39, with the PMS and the booking engine included.

What Vezpa's channel manager does
A channel manager has one job: stop the same room being sold twice on two different sites, without making you update every extranet by hand. In Vezpa it is not a separate product: it lives inside the PMS and reads the same calendar and the same rates.
- Rates and availability out: change a price or close a date in Vezpa and the update goes to every connected channel.
- Bookings in: bookings from the channels land in the Vezpa calendar, and availability drops on the other channels too.
- A different price per channel: set a percentage difference from your own rates for each channel, for example to cover a higher commission.
- Channel promotions: Last Minute, Early Booker, Mobile and Basic deals are created from Vezpa, with different discounts per room type, without opening the extranet.
- Booking.com messages: read and answer your guests straight from Vezpa.
Which channels you can connect
Vezpa connects to the booking sites through STAAH, an international channel manager it is integrated with. The catalogue lists more than 60 channels, and connecting several of them is included in every plan, even the smallest.

What it costs in Ireland
A flat monthly fee that covers the PMS, the channel manager and the booking engine. Vezpa takes nothing from bookings that come from the channels: the only commission is the one in your contract with the channel.

Connecting your first channel
- Create your property in the app. If your rooms are already on Booking.com or Airbnb, connect the channel and Vezpa imports rooms, photos and prices for you to review before you confirm.
- Choose the date you start selling from: free nights before that date, and nights that still have no price, stay closed on the channel until you open them.
- From then on you work in the Vezpa calendar only: the channels follow.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free channel manager for B&Bs?
Vezpa is not free: it costs €39 a month on the Smart plan (up to 8 rooms or 3 apartments), with channel manager, PMS and booking engine included. You can try it for 14 days without a credit card, or open the demo in your browser right away without signing up.
Does Vezpa take a commission on channel bookings?
No. Vezpa keeps nothing from bookings that come from Booking.com, Airbnb and the other channels: you only pay the monthly fee. The channel's own commission stays as in your contract with that channel.
How many channels can I connect on the cheapest plan?
All of them. Connecting several channels is included in every plan, Smart included: there is no fee per extra channel.
My rooms are already on Booking.com: do I have to enter them again?
No. When you connect Booking.com or Airbnb, Vezpa imports rooms, photos and prices from the channel, and you review and confirm them before going live.
Can I charge a different price on each channel?
Yes. For each channel you set a percentage difference from your own rates, for example +15% on a channel with a higher commission.
