Are there any activation fees?
No, no activation fees. Setup is completely self-service: you register, configure your property from the app, and you are up and running in minutes.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The difference is calculated proportionally.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there are no contractual obligations. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s room limit?
We will notify you and you can upgrade to the next plan. For properties with more than 25 rooms, contact us for a custom quote.
Are there commissions on bookings?
No. You only pay the fixed monthly fee. OTA commissions are handled directly by them; we take nothing.
How can you offer such affordable prices?
No middlemen. The person who designed Vezpa is the same one who develops it and answers your calls. Zero overhead costs passed on to customers.
Can I request custom features?
Yes. By speaking directly with the developer, the chain is very short: you tell me what you need, I evaluate it and implement it. Many features were born from user suggestions.
