Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees. Configuration is entirely self-service: you register, set up your property from the app and you're operational in minutes.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you wish. The difference is calculated proportionally.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there are no contractual obligations. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I exceed my plan's room limit?
We'll let you know and you can move to the next plan. For properties with more than 25 rooms, contact us for a bespoke quote.
Are there commissions on bookings?
No. You only pay the fixed monthly fee. OTA commissions are handled directly by them — we take nothing.
How can you offer such affordable prices?
No middlemen. The person who designed Vezpa is the same person who develops it and answers your calls. Zero overhead to pass on to customers.
Can I request custom features?
Yes. By speaking directly with the developer, the chain is very short: tell me what you need, I evaluate it and implement it. Many features were born from user suggestions.
