Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, SDK identifiers) may be used for analogous purposes.
2. Legal Framework
- United States: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by CPRA, and other applicable state privacy laws, require notice about tracking technologies and honor opt-outs from "sale" or "sharing" (not applicable here, as Vezpa does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
- EU (applicable when processing data of EEA visitors): GDPR and ePrivacy Directive for storage of and access to information on the user's device
- Italy: guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) on cookies and national implementation
- Germany (where applicable): DSGVO and consent obligation for non-essential cookies under the TDDDG (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz)

Vezpa does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, retargeting cookies, advertising cookies, or other profiling tools. Any future introduction of non-necessary cookies will be preceded by the implementation of a compliant CMP banner.
4. How to Manage Cookies
- As only technical cookies are used, no consent banner is required: only a brief notice is shown on the first visit.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (note: some features may not work correctly).
- California residents: since Vezpa does not "sell" or "share" personal information under CCPA/CPRA, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is required; you may still exercise your rights as described in the California Privacy Rights page.
5. Third-Party Cookies
