Public prices at every size
Vezpa: €39/€59/€89 per month, VAT included, all three plans public. Rentlio publishes only its One plan up to 5 units: €15 per unit per month from 1 to 3 units, €12 from 4 to 5, VAT excluded (3 apartments: €45 plus VAT). Plus, Pro and larger properties need a meeting.

No commission on direct bookings
Vezpa: the booking engine takes no per-booking commission; 0.5% applies only to payments collected online through Vezpa. Rentlio One and Plus: 2% plus VAT on every direct booking.

Stripe and Tap to Pay
Vezpa: payments to your own Stripe account and Tap to Pay on the phone. Rentlio Pay runs on Worldline; Stripe works only by pasting your own keys into the booking engine, and «Send to POS» pushes the amount to a card terminal.
